Ich bin sehr froh, dass wir unsere Bestattung über memovida, Ruth Vossel, geregelt haben. Ich bin sehr erleichtert, dass alles auch so unkompliziert war. Es war alles sehr schön und ohne viel Gedöhns, so, wie es der Wunsch war :) Digitale Kommunikation und spontane Rücksprache war super. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und verstanden. Dankeschön! :)

Ich habe trotz der Entfernung einen sehr guten Eindruck von dem Unternehmen gewonnen. Es wird auf Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen und man wird toll persönlich betreut. Die Antwortzeiten sind auch schnell. Bereits der Erstkontakt war angenehmer und persönlicher als der, des hier (München) ansäßigen Monopolisten (Den es so oder so ähnlich wohl in jeder Stadt gibt). Ich hatte auch den Eindruck, dass Abläufe soweit dies möglich ist, etwas moderner gestaltet werden.

Ich habe es keine Sekunde bereut, Memovida beauftragt zu haben. Vom telefonischen Erstkontakt mit Frau Vossel über das persönliche Treffen in Berlin mit Frau Lübbert bis hin zur Überführung von Berlin nach Ulm habe ich mich jederzeit sehr gut begleitet und unterstützt gefühlt.

After the unexpected death of my wife, I contacted several undertakers to get an idea of what to expect. The prices were actually outrageous. After some time, I came across their company. I can only say that everything was right here from the start to the end of the care provided by Mrs. Haan. The burial at my wife's preferred location was also made possible. Thanks again to Mrs. Haan for her sensitive words, which she found during our conversation.
